A nonpartisan organization that conducts data-driven social science research such as public opinion polling, media content analysis, and demographic research.

Gapminder
Gapminder provides global statistics and world trends. Users can search the datasets by name, view the government/organization that provided the data. The site also includes videos and teaching resources.
National Center For Education Statistics
The primary federal entity for collecting and analyzing data related to education.

Minimum Information for Biological and Biomedical Investigations (MIBBI)
A collection of the historical MIBBI foundry reporting guidelines. The minimum information standard is a set of guidelines for reporting data derived by relevant methods in biosciences.
Darwin Core Basic Vocabulary
A metadata standard used to describe biological diversity. This term list includes all currently valid terms that have been defined in the core Darwin Core namespace
