Our Library Instruction will provide you with a variety of tips, tools, and resources to guide you as you navigate the research and writing process - whether you are new to information evaluation or an experienced researcher, we are sure that you will benefit from following this instruction course!
In each module you will find a series of training documents which include a variety of ways to get information - video resources, images and graphics, and text.
In many module training documents you will also find quiz or knowledge check questions which MUST be answered in order to receive credit for completion of that module.
Some modules will include videos to observe, or reference links to useful resources. If you are linked to a resource, please view the page or item - in many cases, the resource we refer you to will house the bulk of the information you will need to continue!
Throughout the process, you will also be able to access live assistance from a Staff Member when available. Please contact us, or visit our chat at shawu.libguides.com for assistance or more information.
Starting Fall 2020, we will now offer our Library Instruction on Information Literacy from the TopHat Platform.
Your instructor must request your class to have access to this content, which can be done by contacting us. You will be able to access our course, LIB101: Library Instruction, Information Literacy.
